About us
Soulmaed is a brand owned and operated by DKH Apparels LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India. Our registered address is Plot No. 11, Sector 15A, Faridabad, Haryana — 121007.
Our products
Every Soulmaed piece is handcrafted and made to order. We take great care in presenting our products as accurately as possible — through detailed photography, size guides, and fabric descriptions. That said, slight variations in colour, texture, and weave are an inherent part of the handcrafting process and should be expected and celebrated as part of what makes each piece unique.
We publish garment measurements for every product to help you order with confidence. If your delivered piece differs from our published measurements by more than 5cm on any dimension, we consider that a production concern and will resolve it with a complimentary replacement.
Placing an order
Your order is confirmed only after full payment has been received and verified. We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Buy Now Pay Later options.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Every Soulmaed order is prepaid.
On rare occasions, we may need to cancel an order — for example, if a material becomes unavailable or if an order raises concern. Should this happen, you will hear from us promptly and a full refund will be issued with no deductions.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. The price at the time your order is confirmed is the price you pay — any subsequent changes to our pricing do not apply to orders already placed.
Intellectual property
Everything on the Soulmaed website — our designs, photographs, product concepts, branding, and written content — belongs to DKH Apparels LLP. We put a great deal of thought and care into what we create, and we ask that it not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written permission.
Our responsibility
We are committed to delivering products of the highest quality and to providing a shopping experience that feels considered and personal. In the rare event that something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the value of the product in question. We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
Your responsibility
We ask that you provide accurate information when placing your order — particularly your delivery address and contact details. Soulmaed cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first reaching out to us through our standard returns and grievance process will unfortunately be treated as a waiver of your rights under our return and exchange policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our business evolves. The version published on our website at the time of your order is the one that applies to your transaction. We recommend checking this page periodically.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or transactions with Soulmaed will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana.
