Shipping policy

Every Soulmaed piece is created after your order is placed — made by hand, made for you. This means your garment goes through a full production process before it is dispatched, and we want you to know exactly what to expect at each stage.

How long will it take?

Once your order is confirmed, our team begins production within the next working day. Most pieces are ready to be dispatched within 7 to 10 working days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days across India — with most metro cities receiving orders a little sooner.

You will receive your tracking details via SMS and email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping charges

Shipping is complimentary on all prepaid orders across India, with no minimum order value required.

A note on timelines

Because every piece is made to order, our production timelines can occasionally shift — especially during festive seasons or periods of high demand. Should there be any change to your expected dispatch date, we will reach out to you proactively so you’re never left wondering. We appreciate your patience, and we believe the wait is always worth it.

Where we ship

We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

If your pin code falls outside our delivery network, our team will get in touch with you to explore the best possible option.

Payments

All orders on Soulmaed are prepaid. We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and Buy Now Pay Later options. Once payment is received and confirmed, your order officially enters production.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please write to us at care@soulmaed.com or reach us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of placing it. Since production begins shortly after an order is confirmed, we are unable to process cancellations beyond this window. Customised orders, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled at any stage.

For orders cancelled within 24 hours, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment source within 7 to 10 business days.
